iQ Credit Union celebrated the opening of its newest branch in Battle Ground, Washington with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on July 20th. Craft had the pleasure of working with the iQ team to design their first new ground up branch. This full-service branch includes four tellers, greeter, consumer financial services including lending, small business and wealth management advisory services. Drive-up banking is offered at this site, with the convenience of a member coin counter. iQ Credit Union continues to expand its reach throughout Clark County and will soon expand into Oregon.
Craft has teamed with Panattoni Development to help with the design of two Class “A” industrial warehouses. The two buildings, known as the Northeast Redevelopment Area (NERA), will total 458,500 square feet. Square One Distribution moves into new 75,000 square foot warehouse and administrative facility at Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park.
Craft Architects was hired to master plan and design this 4.645 acre site as a build-to-suit for Square One Distribution with 60,500 sf of warehouse and three story 14,600 sf of office portion for a facility totaling 75,100 sf.
