Craft Architects assisted with an office expansion seven years after supporting B.E. Meyer’s relocation efforts. In just six weeks, we customized an existing, fully furnished office into common spaces and private offices that showcased their product line, as well as adding a large lunchroom, a high speed production line and semi-clean lab space.
Wells Fargo, Corporate
For over a decade, we’ve programmed, designed, documented and coordinated over 100 corporate office space projects for Wells Fargo with scopes ranging from simple remodels, tenant improvements, and moves to master planning and expansions.
Working with GGLO, Craft assisted with the relocation of Seattle University’s student support services to allow these functions to reside more centrally on campus. Altogether, eleven departments and two buildings totaling 86,000+ SF were included in the programming, planning and design of this phased work.
Carlisle Interconnect Technologies
Carlisle had outgrown their existing facility and needed parking for their growing 600 person work force. Craft partnered with Carlisle to nearly double their space, converting 101,115 SF of existing warehouse space to meet their aerospace office, warehouse and assembly needs.
Greenwood Retail Block
A city block in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle was acquired by RSS Management in 2013. The block consists of seven different buildings, each hold, at times, a different cherished story in this north-end neighborhood. Throughout 2013 Craft worked to bring each unique retail building back to life and revitalize this active community.
