Commercial—Speculative and build-to-suit office buildings, including tilt-up concrete, pre-cast concrete, post-tension slabs, and steel frame tenant improvements. Extensive interior and exterior remodels.
Retail—Tenant improvements, from small specialty shops to large rollouts and shopping centers.
Financial—Extensive interior and exterior remodels, as well as adapting prototype design and site coordination with national branding companies. In the last couple years, our experience has expanded to include high security facilities.
