Team

We believe the right team requires the right talents.

Kathy Craft-Reich, AIA
Principal

On the wall above Kathy's desk is a print of Rosie the Riveter— sleeves rolled up, a determined look on her face, with a caption that reads, "We Can Do It!" With 20+ years experience in client service, project management, and team/build, Kathy is the driving force behind Craft Architects. She has proven that, yes, "We CAN do it!" by establishing a solid reputation with local and national developers, end users, brokers, and general contractors for delivering as promised.

Jessica Kirsch Bradley
Sr. Project Manager

Jessica doesn't walk around the office—she jogs. Even on slow days, she can't help but hustle. With 17 years experience, a bachelor of science in interior design and background in construction, Jessica's priorities are customer service, communication and building mutually beneficial relationships. She believes that a fabulous looking project, delivered on time and under budget is not successful unless it meets the customer's needs and functional expectations.

Todd Schutz
Designer

While working construction as a summer job through his college career at WSU (Go Cougs!), Todd quickly learned that becoming an architect was what he was born to do.  He had his dream house designed at age seven, which is pretty good considering he didn't even know what an architect was.  After graduating, Todd moved to Seattle to pursue his passion of architecture.  When not at work he enjoys spending time with his new fiancé Megan and his cat Jack.  He loves the outdoors and always makes time for a road trip back to Pullman for a Cougar Football Game!

Sarah Devlin
Designer

Sarah recently earned her BArch from University of Oregon, where she focused on sustainable design; she has a critical eye for design and a passion that extends beyond the architecture realm.  There isn't a challenge that Sarah isn't willing to tackle; not a day goes by where she doesn't find herself learning something new about the design process.  Outside of design, Sarah enjoys participating in all of the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer, whether it's boating in the summer or skiing in the winter; you'll find Sarah outside.
