Wells Fargo Puget Sound Area
From Lynden to Lacey, Craft has been rolling out and remodeling
branches for Wells Fargo since 2004.
We assist the bank with all aspects of the process including design,
construction, and move management. We even coordinate furniture
and equipment solutions and specify merchandising, artwork, and plant
solutions. We pride ourselves in our ability to manage a large
team of contractors, bank vendors, and internal bank specialists. The branches are based on the bank's prototype but each one has
been surprisingly different: different plans, different exterior
materials, different management teams occupying the branch and always
different jurisdictions. 2010
In 2010, Craft Architects continued to assist Wells Fargo with their
branch remodel needs. Close to a dozen braches around the Seattle
area were upgraded to meet Wells Fargo's requirements.
2009
Craft Architects completed work on a new operations building in
Tukwila, WA - a 13,000 s.f. high security facility. In this project
we were able to combine our second love - industrial style buildings -
with our financial expertise. 2008 Our third
ground-up branch for Wells Fargo opened in the Hawks Prairie
neighborhood of Lacey, WA.
