Our biggest challenge in assisting banks with major remodels and upgrades is keeping the branch fully operational and secure during construction.  We develop site specific phasing strategies for the construction process.  Our greatest achievement is improving store function and making space for more revenue generating tasks.

New 2,400 s.f. ground up branch in the heart of downtown Edmonds, WA.  Includes street upgrades, public seating, and a unique screen wall contributing to the pedestrian experience.

Martha Lake - Well-deserved major upgrade of the entire branch that required our expertise in retail space planning and high security facilities.
